Shipment delays

-Please note that shipments may currently be delayed due to a number of strikes and road blocks in various European countries.

All  items which are in stock  in our warehouse in European Union can be shipped immediately.Items which are not in stock can be back-order .We inform our customers till the end of the day of ordering the date receiving  the back-order items.

We can ship our products to every country worldwide and can offer a free shipping service for orders over 1499€.

Free shipping and cash on delivery are offered to all customers in Greece and islands also.

CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS  will be shipped via HELLENIC AIR COURIER CENTER.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing time: 

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

 

Shipping time: 

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

We ship via HELLENIC AIR COURIER CENTER,ELTA (Hellenic Post) and ELTA courier international and domestic orders PRIORITY SHIPPING.
